How payment works

4. You receive an order confirmation by email.

An automatic confirmation email acknowledges your order; the contract is formed when we accept and dispatch it.

If a payment fails

If your payment is declined, try a different payment method or contact your bank or card issuer, who can tell you why the payment was refused. We do not receive that information. If you are still stuck, email us.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in British Pounds (GBP). If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.

Pricing

The price shown on the product page is the price you pay. There are no delivery charges and no fees added later in the checkout process. Any customs or import charges that may become due on delivery are separate and are the customer's responsibility, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
